Oven Roasted Cauliflower is a delicious starter or appetizer recipe with cauliflower, in which the cauliflower florets are mixed with garlic, black pepper and Italian seasoning and baked in oven. If you are bored of the regular steamed cauliflower, try this delicious crispy roasted cauliflower.

Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Baked cauliflower bites are a very easy recipe in which cauliflower is marinated in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper powder, salt and olive oil and roasted in oven till crispy.

How to cut cauliflower to make this easy cauliflower recipe?

Remove the leaves of the cauliflower. Place the full cauliflower on a chopping board and cut into 2 halves. Then cut into quarters. Cut the florets. If the florets are big, cut them into small pieces.

How to clean the cauliflower?

Wash the cauliflower under running water. In a deep bottomed utensil, add the cauliflower florets and enough water. The florets should be totally submerged in water. Add 1 tablespoon salt and let the cauliflower remain in water for 30 minutes. This helps remove the worms which might be present in the cauliflower.
