What is bhurji?

Bhurji is a scrambled dish. Soy bhurji, resembling scrambled eggs in Indian style, is traditionally prepared with eggs. However, in the case of soy bhurji, smaller pieces or crumbled soy chunks are used instead, creating a similar texture to the traditional dish. This soy-based variation, known as soy bhurji, offers a delightful and visually appealing alternative. Enjoy the delectable flavors and unique texture of soy bhurji as you savor this vegetarian twist on the classic dish.

Soy chunks are made from soy flour, making this soy curry a vegan recipe. These soy chunks are a substitute for eggs and meat and are a major source of plant-based protein. Soy chunks are free from cholesterol too.
