🍳How to Make Rava Fried Baby Corn

  1. Chop the Baby Corn: Cut each baby corn in half and then into 2-inch-long pieces.
  2. Marinate: Mix 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, and ½ tsp salt. Rub onto baby corn and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare Coating: In a plate, mix rava, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric, and salt.
  4. Coat the Corn: Roll each baby corn piece in the rava mixture.
  5. Heat the Pan: Add 2 tbsp oil to a flat pan or tawa and heat on medium.
