Chop the Baby Corn: Cut each baby corn in half and then into 2-inch long pieces.
Marinate: Mix 2 tsp chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Rub onto baby corn and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare Coating: In a plate, mix rava, 1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric, and salt.
Coat the Corn: Roll each baby corn piece in the rava mixture.
Heat the Pan: Add 2 tablespoon oil to a flat pan or tawa and heat on medium.
Fry the Corn: Arrange coated corn pieces on the pan. Drizzle remaining 2 tablespoon oil over the top.
Flip & Cook: Fry for 10 minutes on one side, flip, and cook the other side for 15 more minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve Hot: Garnish with lemon juice and serve as a snack or side.
