1 cup Delmonte Mint Mayo
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium-sized tomato, de-seeded and chopped into pieces
1 medium-sized onion, Julienne
½ red bell pepper, Julienne
½ green bell pepper, Julienne
½ yellow bell pepper, Julienne
6 baby corn, slit into halves
10 basil leaves, Julienne
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
A twig of rosmary for garnish
Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes at 200 C.
Line the baking tray with aluminium foil and place the tortilla on it.
Spread 4 tablespoon of Delmonte Mint Mayo over the tortilla.
Spread 2 tablespoon of cheese all over.
Now top this with the vegetables.
First arrange the slit baby corn equidistant from one another in a circle.
Then spread chopped tomato, onion Julienne and chopped bell pepper all over.
Top this with few basil leaves Julienne.
Now spread generous amount of cheese all over.
Bake this pizza for 10 minutes at 200 C or until the edges appear brownish and crispy.
Garnish with rosmary twig, Italian seasoning or oregano and red chilli flakes.
