Quick Crustless Pizza

Since last month almost every Friday night  would call up Domino’s or Pizza Hut Delivery and order one of my favorite pizza’s. I am always a game when it comes to eating pizza. I know I would be consuming calories, but… I love pizza.
I always wanted to bake this pizza at home. While blog hopping, I came across Arathi’s crustless Pizza. What caught my attention was that it can be done within 30 Min’s. She found this recipe in one of Nigella’s recipes. I thought I should try this experiment. I even saw Nigella’s video which is shared by Arathi.
The pizza was a hit in my kitchen and we loved the taste. It was similar to Domino’s Pizza taste. Do try this friends for a good home-made pizza. The pictures below might not be so good. But I had very less time to click pictures. My little princess came running and was pulling off the pizza from the plate. She loved it too 🙂

Ingredients:

For Crust:

Flour-1/2 cup
Cheese-1/4 cup
Oil-1 tablespoon
Milk-3/4 cup
Salt to taste

For Toppings:

Tomato Ketchup -1 tablespoon
Mozzarella Cheese -1/4 cup grated
Onion -1 tablespoon sliced
Tomato – 4 or 5 small cubes
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Procedure:
Mix the ingredients for the crust. It should form a smooth batter.
Preheat the oven at 180Cfor 4 Min’s.
Grease the oven proof pan with oil and sprinkle 1 tablespoon all purpose flour.
Now pour the batter in the greased tray. Bake for 20 Min’s.
After it’s done spread tomato sauce over it.
Now put some toppings. On top of that put a layer of grated cheese.
Bake for 4-5 Min’s till the cheese melts.

Serve with love. Serve hot.
