Since the day I came to Bangalore, I used to miss Goan fried fish. One day my hubby got home some mackerels. Thankfully they were cut and fairly clean. I re-cleaned them till I felt satisfied and since then I started my experiments with fish. I made these delicious Rawa Fried Mackerels and they turned yummy. Rava fried mackerel or rava fried fish is a simple fish recipe.
Rava Fried Mackerel is a simple fish fry recipe. We only have to clean the mackerels and marinate them with chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Later take a plate and add rava or semolina, some more spice powders like chili powder and turmeric powder and salt. Mix everything nicely. Coat the fish in rava and shallow fry it on a tava or frying pan. Fry the fish till it is cooked on both sides.
