The spicy crab curry was an experiment in the kitchen. This recipe turned so good and is a keeper. Plus, point is that this crab recipe is super easy to make. Just be sure to keep all the masalas ready.

Let us see the ingredients that go in making the best crab curry recipe:

  • Crabs: I have used blue sea crabs. You can use soft shell crabs, mud crabs or large orange crabs too. Any edible crab can be used to making this delicious easy crab curry.

For Marinating the crabs:

  • I have used basic spices like turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt to marinate the crabs. These are available in any Indian kitchen and any Indian grocery store.
