Paneer Manchurian

Paneer Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese dish made with paneer. Paneer is also known as Indian cottage cheese. It is used in most of the Indian veg dishes. Steps for making paneer or cottage cheese are simple. Paneer can be made easily at home too. In todayโ€™s Paneer Manchurian recipe, I have used store bought paneer as I did not have any home-made paneer. Todayโ€™s recipe is a dry paneer starter.

Paneer Manchurian

Paneer Manchurian is served as a starter in Indian restaurants. You can serve this starter with veg fried rice or tofu fried rice or hakka noodles with egg. I have not added any food colour to this recipe. But if you wish it can be added.

You can also check this Gobi Manchurian recipe I made some time back. You can also make veg manchurian or chicken manchurian by replacing paneer in this recipe. This paneerย  recipe can also be packed in the lunch box with fried rice. You can even serve this as a starter for parties.

Also remember that paneer is a healthy dish. You can make various dishes like palak paneer or matar paneer and serve it to your family. I will share some more paneer recipes soon. Till then, enjoy this delicious cottage cheese manchurian recipe. Check out honey chili potatoes.
