Make this refreshing kokum sherbet and have it during summer. You actually need not wait for summer. Whenever you feel thirty you can have this drink. It is extremely healthy compared to soft drinks and sugar loaded aerated drinks.
5-6 dry kokum pieces
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 cup water / Soda
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Pinch of salt
Soak the dry kokum in little water for 30 Min’s.
After 30 Min’s, add 1 cup water or soda to this.
To this, add all the other ingredients mentioned above.
