Today I made a stir fry with mushroom, broccoli and Delmonte Tandoori Mayo. This recipe is very easy and gets ready in few minutes. You can have this stir fry with chapatis or rice or with noodles. So when you are in a hurry or want to make something really quick, you can make this stir fry. If you have some surprise guests at home, you can make this type of stir fry with any vegetables which are present at home. Just add 1 or 2 spoonfuls of tandoori mayo and have your magical recipe ready.
Delmonte Tandoori Mayo is an eggless mayo in which tandoori spices and parsley flakes are present. This tandoori mayo has a shelf life of 6 months. Apart from using this mayo as a dip, you can add it to sandwiches or wraps. You can even make delicious curries and stir fries like the one mentioned in the recipe today.
You can even make this stir fry early morning and pack it in your lunch box and carry to office. Kids too love this stir fry, so you can pack it in your kids snack box too. This stir fry can be used as a filling to make delicious wraps or sandwiches too. Just make the stir fry and add to chapatis and roll it up. 15 button mushrooms, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, julienne
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
8 garlic pods, minced
2 tablespoon Delmonte Tandoori Mayo
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon oil
Boil the broccoli separately, drain and keep it aside.
Heat a kadai/wok and add oil.
After oil gets heated, add onion and fry till it turns pinkish.
Add minced garlic and mix.
After raw smell of garlic goes away, add tomato and fry till it turns mushy.
Add red bell pepper and saute.
Add chopped mushroom, mix and close the lid of kadai.
After 10-12 minutes, the mushrooms will get cooked.
Mix boiled broccoli into this and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add garam masala and mix well.
Add soya sauce and mayo and mix well.
Finally check the taste and add salt.
Serve with white rice or chapatis.
