Fruit sandwich is a grilled bread sandwich made with seasonal cut fruits like apple, pineapple and banana and jam. These are perfect for breakfast or tea time snack.

Fruit Sandwich recipe is something that I discovered on the food menu at my office cafeteria. This grilled sandwich made with fresh fruits makes a filling breakfast.

Grilled Fruit Sandwich

Sometimes when I miss having breakfast at my home due to early morning meetings, I have a sandwich in office. My office cafeteria makes the best fruit sandwiches. Recently I made this vegan grilled sandwich with fruits at home and wondered why I never made it all this while.

Just cut the fruits, apply jam to the bread slices, and assemble the sandwich. You can have it just like that or grill and have it hot. My kid loved this sandwich and it is perfect to pack in the kids snack box too.

You can also try: Egg white sandwich, Tomato onion bruschetta, Corn cheese sandwich

So, if you are looking for ideas to make your kids eat healthy food, this healthy fruit sandwiches are a must try. You can order bread, fruits and jam online and make this easy sandwich just like carrot and peas sandwich.

Some people have a tough time making kids eat fruits, this fruits and banana sandwich is a way of cheating kids and ensuring that they eat something healthy. You can also check this Japanese sandwich made with whipping cream and fruits.
