Sometimes we make this for breakfast or evening snacks too. It is a healthy snack and needs no cooking at all. It gets ready in few minutes and is perfect when you feel like eating something instantly.

Today’s version of poha is a simpler one and is a must try. You can even make this for kids and pack it in their snack box for a change.
