This low carb, keto mushroom recipe is quite easy to prepare appetizer and needs minimal ingredients. It tastes amazing with a dash of soy sauce.

This garlic butter mushroom recipe can be made with oyster mushroom or shiitake mushrooms, but I have used button mushroom in this recipe.

This butter garlic mushroom recipe can be served as a side dish with roasted vegetables, added as a stuffing in sandwich, stuffed inside chicken breast, added to pasta, added as a topping on pizza, or served as a side with noodles. They taste delicious even when served as a starter dish.
