Mexican low fat fish wraps

Mexican fish tortillas make a delicious snack. I have used Basa fish fillets in this recipe. You can have grilled fish to preserve the nutritional value of fish. You can also shallow fry the marinated fish fillets and add them to the wraps.

Fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are essential for the proper functioning of heart and brain. Fish is also a rich source of protein and vitamin D. Basa fish is loaded with healthy fats, proteins and omega 3 and is also low in sodium and cholesterol. It helps promote heart health, builds muscle and boosts overall health.

These fish wraps are made with tomato and onion salsa and yogurt sauce dressing. Addition of salsa makes these fish wraps recipe lip-smacking delicious. You can serve this dish to children too. This dish is mildly spiced with black pepper and green chili. The addition of lemon juice and yogurt adds a tangy taste to it.

The Basa fish is very clean and does not stink. I got fish fillets from the store and used them in the Mexican fish wrap recipe. It turned delicious.
