Mango Orange Smoothie

Mango being the King of fruits is ruling the markets this season. I am trying simple yet healthy recipes with mangoes. Since I had dozens of mangoes from Goa, I tried a simple Mango Orange Smoothie. I just mixed juice of 2 mangoes and one orange. The outcome was great. Unable to bear the heat this summer, I don’t feel like eating anything. So I make different types of smoothies. These smoothies are filling and refreshing too. I also made this Mango Milkshake.

Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes
1 orange
2 tbsp Sugar (optional)
Water as per need

Procedure:
Peel the mangoes and extract pulp of the mangoes.
Cut the orange into 1/2 and squeeze out the juice.
Now mix the orange and mango pulp in a mixer or blender.
Add water as per your need. If you need thick juice, add less water. Else add more.
I prefer bit less thick, so I added more water. i.e. 3/4 cup water.
I did not add sugar to this mango orange smoothie as the mangoes were sweet. If you need add sugar as per your taste.
