Noodle cutlets is a delicious recipe usually made for breakfast, lunch or snacks. Noodles are cooked, mixed with vegetables, sauce, spices and flour and are pan fried or shallow fried. These can also be made with leftover noodles or spaghetti and is a great option for evening snacks with noodles. This is also known noodle tikki and can be made with Maggi noodles too.

Noodle Cutlet Recipe

Maggi cutlet is an innovative way to make your child eat vegetables. Chow Mein cutlet taste yummy and since they are made with noodles children love them. You can add any type of vegetables to this noodle recipe and they get ready in few minutes. I have added onion, tomato, capsicum and carrots. You can even add finely chopped broccoli, boiled potato, green peas, mushroom, French beans, beet root or cauliflower.

These leftover noodle cutlets are perfect to serve in the kids snack box too. You can even serve them during the evening 6โ€™0 clock hunger time. The vegetables provide all sorts of vitamins and nutrients to the child. Serve these hot noodle cutlets with tomato ketchup. You might also like these delicious Goan prawn cutlets.

You can even make noodle pakora with the same ingredients. Just coat it in batter like besan (gram flour) and deep fry them. This was my favourite in college Maggi stall.
