Whenever we go out to Chinese Restaurant for dinner, my hubby orders hakka noodles. He just loves them. But he always complains that they add a lot of oil to it and it is not healthy. Now I prepare this recipe at home – yummy and healthy too 🙂

1/4 teaspoon salt
Devein and de-shell the shrimps. Wash them properly and then apply chilly, turmeric powder and salt. Marinate and keep them aside for 30 minutes.
Boil 5-6 cups of water. Add hakka noddles to the water when bubbles start forming in the water.
Add 1 teaspoon oil to the noodles boiling in the water. Add 1/4 tsp salt to it. Let them boil for 3 minutes or as per the instructions given on the packet. Boil the noodles Al-dente. Drain the water and spread it over a flat plate. Toss gently with a fork.
