How to make Amla Juice?

Amla juice or Indian gooseberry juice is a refreshing and healthy juice with numerous health benefits. This is an easy and best amla recipes which can be made at home with 2 simple ingredients. Make this juice and reap the amla benefits.

Amlas or Indian Gooseberry are in season now and there are lots of recipes that you can make with amla. You all know the health benefits of amla. They are rich in vitamin C, Vitamin B complex and are rich in antioxidants, calcium and phosphorous. Consumption of amla boosts immunity.

According to Ayurveda application ofย  this juice to hair is known to maintain hair colour and promotes hair growth. The fruit is sour in taste.

Ingredients used in making easy Indian gooseberry juice at home:

  • Amla: Use fresh Indian gooseberry or amla to make this healthy juice.
  • Water: Use cool boiled water or RO water in making this juice.

How to make the best amla juice?

  1. Wash and chop the amla fruit into small pieces. Discard the seeds.
  2. Blend the mixture in a mixer or hand blender by adding water.
  3. Pass it through a sieve or a thin muslin cloth.
  4. Discard the pulp and preserve the juice.

  • 250 grams amla /15 Indian gooseberry
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the amla fruit into small pieces. Discard the seeds.
  • Blend the mixture in a mixer or hand blender by adding water.
  • Pass it through a sieve or a thin muslin cloth.
  • Discard the pulp and preserve the juice.

Notes
