Strawberry Milkshake

Strawberry Milkshake is one of the first recipes which everyone makes at home as soon as strawberries are in season. Everyone loves strawberries. Even they look beautiful visually. They are healthy too as they are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.

This milkshake was first tasted by me during my first job at a small juice center named Juice Junction at Kormangala. We used to love it and it was the costliest milkshake at that juice stall. So every year whenever strawberries are in market, I get them and make this milkshake.

I also make this Strawberry cake and kid loves anything that has strawberries in it. Do try this recipe. I have mentioned the ingredients for 1 person, but you can increase it as per your need.

Ingredients:                                Prep. Time: 10 Minutes, Serves: 1
5-6 strawberries
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar or as needed

Procedure:
Wash and discard the stem and leaves. Roughly chop the strawberries.

In a blender, mix all the ingredients and blend till the strawberries are completely blended in milk.

Serve this by adding ice-cubes or simply pour in a glass and serve.
