In today’s post I will be introducing you all to Four Seasons Viognier. This is an Indian Wine which is a still white wine. It and has a refreshing fruity taste. When I tasted it I felt like as if it contained a good combination of fruits like peaches and apples. On a sunny summer afternoon, you can feel refreshed with a glass of this white wine.
Savour the delight of the Four Seasons. Whether it is the sprightliness of a fresh spring morning, the joyous warmth of a glorious summer afternoon, the tingling nip of a crisp autumn twilight or the biting chill of an icy winter night. To everything there is a season. And to every season, there is an experience. An experience captured by our new range of Four Seasons wines to suit every occasion.

The varietals of Wine’s available with Four Season’s are as follows:

  • Four Seasons Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Four Seasons Shiraz
  • Four Seasons Chenin Blanc
  • Four Seasons Sauvignon Blanc
  • Four Seasons Blush Wine
  • Four Seasons Merlot
  • Four Seasons Viognier
  • Four Seasons Barrique Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Four Seasons Barrique Reserve Shiraz
Terroir:ย
The viognier grape is grown on the sunny slopes of the Sahyadri Valley in Maharashtra. Sunny days, cool nights and well-drained gravel soils provide perfect growing conditions for this variety which usually prefers cooler climates.
Four Seasons Viognier is therefore a unique wine.

Wine Tasting Notes:ย
A lovely medium gold colour highlights its intense perfume of blossom, dried apricots and peaches. A well-rounded wine with an attractive lingering finish.

Serving Suggestions:ย
Enjoyed best at 10-12 degrees C with sprout based salads with fruity dressings, or light fish and chicken dishes. Also pairs well with mildly spiced Indian and Asian cuisine.

Four Seasons Viognier costs for Rs. 650/- for a 750 ml bottle with a 12.5 % alcohol content.

I always had fascination for white wines during key occassion. Four Season is a quality wine no doubt about that.
