Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve Is Preferred Over Any Year Old Scotch

There are several ranges of Black Dog Scotch.
   1) Black Dog Gold Reserve 12 YO
   2) Black Dog Reserve
   3) Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve

Black Dog Gold Reserve 12 YO is the largest selling BII Premium Scotch whisky in India with a 60% market share. It is a blend of fine whiskies from all the regions of Scotland – Speyside, Islay, Highlands and Lowlands

Black Dog Reserve is a rich and rare blended Scotch whisky loaded with exceptional characters. It is a blend of 30 fine single malts and 5 grain whiskies.

Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve is the only blended Scotch that is produced involving a triple maturation process. The triple maturation process which involves Grain whiskies and Malt whiskies separately matured in American Bourbon Casks and then blended together and matured again in Oloroso Sherry Butts for an extra longer period of time to give the blend a distinctive flavor and a delicate finish.

Normal Scotch maturation process involves Matures Single Malt and Matured Grain Whisky. These two are blended and then bottled and sold in outlets.

In triple maturation process, Matured Single malt and matured grain whisky are blended together and then matured again blended in sherry casks. This is third time maturation and blending. After this it is bottled and sent to outlets.

That is the reason why Black Dog TGR is the most preferred scotch. Age in scotches matter no more when there is a triple matured scotch. As per the consumer research conducted on the blend of TGR, it has been appreciated and accepted as a parallel to any 12 Y.O blended scotch
