Easy Mango Salsa

2 mangoes ripe mangoes, peeled and diced 1 medium tomato diced ½ red bell pepper finely chopped ½ medium red onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley chopped 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice To taste Salt
Making mango salsa is as easy as chopping and mixing: In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, tomato, red bell pepper, and onion.
Add in the chopped cilantro or parsley.
Drizzle fresh lemon or lime juice over the mixture.
Sprinkle salt to taste.
Gently toss everything until evenly combined.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
Use ripe but firm mangoes – Overripe mangoes may turn mushy when mixed.
