Ingredients
2apples
1tablespoonbutter
2tablespoonbrown sugar
1/2teaspooncinnamon powder
A pinchsalt
Instructions
Peel, core, and slice the apple into ¼ inch thick slices.
Heat a pan and add butter.
After butter melts, add apple slices and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and mix.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium – low flame stirring occasionally.

Some people add spices like nutmeg and cardamom to this spiced apple dessert. Sometimes lemon juice is also added to balancing the sweetness of apples.
If you want a thicker apple sauce, add a paste of corn flour and water while cooking the apples with spices.
