Mava Modak Recipe

- 2 cups Milk Powder
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Ghee
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- ½ teaspoon Saffron strands
- Silver varak optional
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
Add milk and stir on low flame.
Mix in milk powder gradually, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Add sugar, saffron strands, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Stir till mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Cool slightly, then shape into modaks using a modak mould or hands.
Decorate with silver varak if desired.
