Flax Seeds Ladoos

Ingredients

  • ½ cup flax seeds
  • 12 dates pitted; Kimia dates work well
  • 1 cup grated coconut grated. lightly roasted
  • 10 cardamom pods peeled & crushed
  • Pinch of salt
  • Little Ghee only for greasing hands while rolling ladoos

Instructions

  • Dry roast flax seeds on medium flame until they crackle and release a nutty aroma. Cool and grind into a coarse powder.
  • Roast grated coconut until golden brown and aromatic. Cool completely.
  • Blend dates with roasted coconut, crushed cardamom, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
  • Mix the dates paste with flaxseed powder in a bowl.
  • Grease your palms with ghee and roll into small ladoos / energy balls.
  • That’s it! Your no bake protein energy balls are ready to enjoy.
