Ingredients
1cuppenne pasta
12baby potatoes
1/4cupgreen peas
5tablespoonmayonnaise
1teaspoonblack pepper powder
2cupstorn lettuce
1/2lemonjuiced
To tastesalt
Italian seasoning for garnish
Instructions
Boil the pasta in 3 cups water al-dente. Drain and keep aside.
Pressure cook the potatoes, or boil or steam them. Peel and cut into halves.
Simultaneously boil the green peas in a bowl of water and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl, add pasta, green peas, potatoes and lettuce.
Add mayonnaise, black pepper powder, lemon juice and salt to taste and toss.
Garnish with Italian seasoning.
Refrigerate it and serve chilled.

Vegetables of your choice can be added to this recipe.
