Chocolate Rava Modak

¾ cup rava roasted sooji / semolina 1 tablespoon ghee 1½ cups milk 6 tablespoons sugar powdered 6 tablespoons dark chocolate or chocolate chips , chopped dark chocolate Extra ghee for greasing modak moulds
Cook the Mixture Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan.
Add roasted rava and sauté for a minute.
Pour in milk gradually, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Sweeten & Add Chocolate Once the mixture thickens, add powdered sugar.
Mix well, then add chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips).
Stir until the chocolate melts completely and blends into the rava mixture.
Shape into Modaks Grease your modak moulds with ghee.
While the mixture is still warm, take small portions and press into the mould.
Gently unmould to reveal beautiful chocolate modaks.
Use good-quality dark chocolate for a rich flavour.
If you prefer a sweeter version, increase sugar slightly.
Work quickly while shaping modaks, as the mixture sets fast
