Ingredients

avocados
ripe

onion
finely chopped

tomato
deseeded and finely chopped
1

jalapeño
finely chopped

tablespoon
fresh cilantro
chopped
1-2
tablespoon
lemon juice
or to taste
1/4
teaspoon
salt
or to taste
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
or to taste
Instructions
Cut avocados, remove pits, and scoop into a bowl.
Mash with a fork (chunky or smooth as you like).
Add onion, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix gently.
Taste and adjust lemon/salt. Serve fresh!

Great with veggie sticks, whole grain toast, or in wraps.
