Chai Point Launched 100th Store In Bangalore

We all love that hot cup of chai. We love to have tea as the first drink in the morning and continue having it several times a day. I have tea atleast 2 times daily that is once in the morning and once in the evening. I donโ€™t like the tea from office cafeteria. But I am blessed to have my office in the heart of Bangalore. i.e. on M G Road. There is a Chai Point store just outside my office.

Chai Point

This is a favorite hangout for us. We also make it a point to have tea at the Bengaluru International Airport whenever we travel. Recently, Chai Point opened its 100th store in Indiranagar, Bangalore. This is going to be a favorite family hangout, especially when we go for shopping in Indiranagar.

Chai Point

Chai Point was founded in 2010 by Amuleek Singh Bijral and Professor Tarun Khanna of Harvard Business School and has now grown to become the largest organized Chai Company in India.

Priyank Kharge inaugurates Chai Point store

Chai Point is Indiaโ€™s largest organized tea retail chain. Mr. Priyank Kharge, Minister of Social Welfare Development, Karnataka Government inaugurated the Store. The 100th Chai Point store is located on 12th Main, Indiranagar alongside other high-end restaurants.

Chai Point

This store is different from the other Chai Point stores. It has a new look with large open seating area which is accentuated with greenery.

The store is designed in such a way that it creates a warm, authentic and progressive space for young urban chai lovers to meet and socialize. The contemporary indoor space feels cozy and relaxed. The outdoor open area is lush with greenery to highlight the companyโ€™s Clean Earth commitment. The painting displayed in photo below, is painted by in house artist at Chai Point.

The storeโ€™s new made-for-chai menu is an interesting mix of authentic and contemporary foods. Rajdhani cutlets and Tutti Frutti Bun Maska are traditional favorites. Do try the Nawabi Chicken Croissant and Mathri with three beans masala which is an Indian take on Mexican Nachos.

Chai Point

Pair the Nawabi Chicken Croissant with a cup of tea. Savor this croissant stuffed with creamy spicy chicken for evening snack.

Chai Point

Chai Point announced face recognition billing for loyalty customers – A first in Indian QSR sector. Their loyalty program Prioritea is also getting more tech savvy. Customers can scan their face to make the billing quick and also get higher rewards and benefits.

Chai Point

With the launch of its 100th store, Chai Point has evolved into a formidable player in Indiaโ€™s food and beverage industry where it will be competing with several international cafe chains. 100th store marks new look of upcoming Chai Point stores.
