Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients
- 10 strawberries
- ½ yellow bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 medium sized onion finely chopped
- 5-6 mint leaves finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon cilantro finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper deseeded and minced
- ½ lemon juiced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Wash, dry and dice the strawberries.
- Add the diced strawberries, finely chopped onion, finely chopped yellow bell pepper, finely chopped mint leaves, black pepper powder, minced jalapeno, lemon juice, finely chopped cilantro and salt.
- Mix well. Serve fresh.
