While boiling milk, if milk goes spoilt then switch off the gas and let it cool down.
Spread a muslin cloth on a deep utensil and pour the spoilt milk on it.
Let the whey get drained. Collect the spoilt milk in the muslin cloth and tie it. Collect the milk solids in the tied cloth.
Tie for 6-8 hours till all the whey get drained.
In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoon warm milk. To this add saffron strands and let the colour of saffron get infused in the warm milk
Add the milk solids(chena or paneer) in a bowl and using the hand blender, blend well.
Add the mango pulp and again blend.
Add powdered sugar and mix. Blend using the blender.
Add crushed cardamom and mix.
Add the warm milk with saffron strands and mix well.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
