  • 1 large egg
  • 4 bread slices
  • 2 tablespoon onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chili finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • To taste Salt

  • Take a mixing bowl. Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leaves and finely chopped green chili.
  • Add the spice powders – turmeric powder, red chili powder and black pepper powder and mix.
  • Break the egg and pour it into the bowl. Discard the shell.
  • Beat the egg and mix well until fluffy.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Take the frying pan and heat it. Add oil to the pan. Spread it by moving the pan around.
  • Pour the egg and cook on low flame till omelette is cooked on one side. Gently flip it to the other side and cook till egg is completely cooked.

Now let’s toast the bread slices:

  • Take a bread slice and place it in the Pop-Up Toaster. Set the browning level and switch on the toaster.
  • Once the bread slices are toasted, they get popped and appear in the openings. The toaster gets switched OFF automatically.

Let us assemble the bread omelette sandwich:

  • Take a toasted slice on a plate and place ½ omelet on it. If needed, apply tomato sauce to the bread.
  • Place another toasted bread on top of the omelet and close the sandwich.
  • Repeat the same for the other ½ masala omelet. Serve it with a cup of tea or coffee.
