To a small bowl, add sriracha sauce, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, sesame oil and sugar.

 In a deep bottom pan, boil noodles and cook as per the instructions on the packet or al dente.

Saute garlic and onion.

Add vegetables like bell peppers, French beans, carrot, mushroom and spring onion and saute.

Add noodles and prepared sauce and toss.

 Garnish with spring onion greens.
