For Marination:

  1. Marinate the chicken by applying the ingredients mentioned in marination step. Keep aside for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Make paste from 1 bunch of coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chili by adding in a mixer.
  3. Heat a skillet and add oil. When oil gets heated, add onion and sauté till onion turns pinkish.
  4. Add tomatoes and sauté till tomatoes turn mushy.
  5. Add capsicum and sauté till capsicum is cooked.
  6. Add the spice powders and mix well.
  7. Now add the sauces (soya and chili sauce) and mix.
  8. Add the marinated chicken legs and cook covered on low flame till chicken is cooked.
  9. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
