  1. Take a mixing bowl and add yogurt. Whisk it.
  2. Add other chopped vegetables and mix well.
  3. Add salt to taste carefully, else mixed vegetable raita will become salty.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Recipe Notes
  • To make mixed vegetable raita spicy, add chopped green chilli only if needed.
  • Add little water to change the consistency of raita if it is too thick. I normally don’t add water to the raita I make at home as I prefer it thick.
  • Add spice powders like cumin or kala jeera if needed to improve the taste. I prefer my raita plain, so don’t add any spice powders.
