Instructions
  1. Heat a kadai and dry roast rava till aroma wafts in air.
  2. Add sugar and ghee and mix well.
  3. Heat 2 cups water and after it gets boiled, pour it in the kadai with rava.
  4. Rava will absorb water fast, stir well.
  5. Add mango pulp and crushed cardamom and mix well.
  6. Add crushed cashewnuts and well.
  7. Serve mango sheera with a cup of tea or coffee.

Note: Add sugar as per taste and as per mango sweetness.
